He has led large-scale transformations in Singapore Companies and across multiple industries, delivering measurable growth and efficiency improvements. At M3I, Malcolm focuses on driving value creation and scaling high-potential SMEs into market leaders.

Kris Liang

M&A Advisor

Kris brings deep expertise in deal execution and value creation, spanning sectors from eCommerce logistics to Fortune 500 medical devices. With a proven track record across APAC, Kris has executed over 20 investments ranging from S$5M to S$250M, demonstrating a sharp ability to identify opportunities and drive returns. In addition to leading two successful capital-raising initiatives, Kris has steered five major post-merger integrations, delivering seamless transitions and unlocking synergies to maximize value for stakeholders.
